The Joint-Stock Company Research and Production Enterprise "Istok-Sistema" (JSC RPE "Istok-Sistema") is Russia's leading developer and manufacturer of Functional Gastroenterology diagnostic devices.

Our mission is to promote the latest Functional Gastroenterology advances within Russia and CIS.

Istok-Sistema is located in the town of Fryazino, having the status of Science City (Naukograd). Decree of President of Russia on December 29, 2003 № 1531 included the Istok-Sistema in the number of enterprises that form the Science City Research and Production Complex of Fryazino. There are some Doctors and Candidats of Science, Meritorious Inventor of Russian Federation, Meritorious Designer of Russian Federation, Meritorious Machine Engineers of Russian Federation in the Istok-Sistema.

Istok-Sistema was established in January 1993 as part of the conversion of defense enterprises on the basis of microprocessor technology and medical electronics departments of the State Research and Production Enterprise "Istok", that was the main microwave devices company of the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the Russian Federation.

The functional gastroenterology devices from the Istok-Systema are in all major, large, in most medium and many small gastroenterological centers in Russia.
